AV8 allows a pilot to perform E6B wind calculations with a couple quick swipes. The app takes any two speeds from Groundspeed, Windspeed, Airspeed and any two angles from Course, Heading, and Winds and determines the unknown components of the wind triangle, as well as correlating variables such as the wind correction angle (WCA), crosswind component, and headwind/tailwind component.
